At Watts&Wheels, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible goods within 30 days of delivery under the following terms:
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Goods showing signs of use, modification, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Customised products, registration services, and compliance documents are non-refundable.

Batteries that have been charged or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Clearance or sale items may only be returned if faulty.
Return & Exchange Process

We will provide return authorisation and instructions.

Pack goods securely in original packaging.

Ship using a tracked service (customer covers return shipping unless item is faulty/incorrect).
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of inspection.

If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Deductions may apply if packaging or contents are incomplete.
Exchanges

You may exchange your item for a different size, model, or product of equal value.

If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be required to pay the difference.

Exchange items are shipped once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect on arrival, contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in line with UK consumer rights.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
